Lord, I don’t know what I did for You to bless me with this. Thank you for letting me experience being a College Scholar before I graduate. You really have Your surprises; You gave me high grades on the semester that I had the toughest subjects. I only wished to pass the semester, but You had a different plan. I love You, Lord. :)

Death of a Superhero
Lois: …That I am a reporter is something of public record. Tell me something that only Superman could know!
Lois: Then you are—
Lois: Wait—Don’t go! Dear God in heaven… if he’s lying, someone learned that Clark was Superman. And if he’s telling the truth, I’ve lost Clark … All over again.

Photos, Thanks, and Toodles
A lot of people made the past academic year the best so far. I cannot think of any other semester that I have laughed harder, worked harder and played a lot. This would not be possible if not of the people that I have closely bonded with while working like crazy and not sleeping at all.
My Public Relations Final Project groupmates: Kimy, GJ, Pam, Eya, Mavic, Genepao, Roanne, and Mi Pelu. Proving everyone that we can do a lot better would not be possible if it’s not for the hard work. Thank you for bearing with me, and thank you for forgiving me when I did not attend the last meeting. When I look back at what we were and what we became, I am amazed. To God be the glory. :) To our professor, Sir Ed Timbungco, thank you for all that you have taught, and thank you for your random remarks that made our Saturday afternoons lively. :)
My OC 109.2 classmates: Eya, Sandrine, Lara, Dion, Kim, Patti, Ellis, Patsy, Mina, Erose, Shun, Nadz, Joed, Angel, and Eric. I have never been so motivated to do something I thought is impossible. Yes, I am talking about the manuscript. Thank you for the nervous laughs and for being ever so online in Yahoo Messenger. Just knowing that you are also undergoing the same pressure as I am makes me feel okay. Thank you for ending every conversation with “We can do it!” and for the random GMs. And we actually finished our manuscripts.
Adobo Putoshop!: Keren, Nadz, Precky, and Eric, I think I couldn’t have a better set of groupmates to do a lot of crazy videos with. Thank you for the endless laughs during brainstorming sessions, more when we are shooting the actual videos. With you, even a drama chase sequence becomes hilarious. And who could have ever imagined that a documentary dedicated to the life of a tissue paper could be possible? You guys are the best. I’d gladly repeat Sp183 given that I’ll be working with you again. HAHAHA. Seriously.
To my Sp183 classmates, thank you for making us laugh, cry, scream, freak out, and laugh some more with your videos. I think Sir Chong will produce a lot of photograpos, videograpos and directors from our batch. All love to you, Sir Chong! I learned a lot from you, and your random quotable quotes are written on my notebook! :)
OC 143 classmates! Thank you for the fun games that you have during Saturday reports. Learning and eating becomes more fun with you, even if it’s just a pack of lollipops. To Ms Thea Gutierrez, thank you for bearing with us as we go into a riot for donuts and cupcakes. And thank you for the food you provided while we watch Dilbert! We seriously thought that we would have advertising sessions when you asked us to bring some drinks. :)
To my OC 155 classmates, thank you for simply being there when I ask questions before an exam. To Sir Chadwick Sy Su, thank you for making us understand the complexity of Statistics, and thank you for making me feel that I am not dumb in Mathematics after all. :)
To the people who are going through the same pain for DS128, I am ever so grateful to know that you also suffer. HAHAHA.
A big thank you to the people I have spent the entire semester with, the people I have spent a lot of time with, and the people, simply by their presence, made this semester bearable.

April Fool's Prank
I actually fell for this. Rawr. Sometimes the things you want to happen are the things you would believe.

I'll sing until my heart caves in...
If it doesn’t break your heart, it isn’t love.
Switchfoot, Yet (2009)
Earl Commented: If it just makes you angry, it isn’t love. If you love, it is unconditional. You make the most painful of choices, because you know they are the right ones.
Kung magagalit ka, it's just infatuation. Mahirap nga yung mature eh. Laging nasasaktan.
If it doesn't break your heart, it's not enough. It's when you're breaking down with your insides coming out… That's when you find out what your heart is made of.
…And you haven’t lost me yet.
*insert a summer-themed song here*
If and when I get a taste of vacation, here’s what I would do:
I will dance again. I will practice more on pantomime and street dance as well as learn new genres. I will learn some “stunts” (enclosed in quotation marks, because, probably, the list would include “simple” stuff like the baby freeze *rawr!*, cartwheels, and the back roll).
--I will clean my room and my desk. They have been cluttered for the longest time.
--I will spend quality time with my cousins, my brother, and my lola, which I haven’t done for a long time too.
--I will indulge myself in movies that are not, in any way, academically related.
--I will practice more photography. Sir Chong Ardivilla’s Audio Visual Communication class had introduced me to the rule of photography that is all I need to know: the rule of thirds.
--I will try not to consume a lot of junk foods. I will go on a break from energy drinks. I seriously want to be in a better shape in time for my graduation photo. (YES! ALREADY!)
--I promise I will regularly have my morning devotions, which had been on a rough schedule on the last stretch of this semester.
--I will reflect on myself and develop my character. (This is cheesy, but it is true.)
--I promise I will exercise my right to vote on May 10.
--I promise I will use that right wisely, by electing a righteous and God-fearing leader.
--I promise that when I come back to the University on June, I will be a better person who was taught to be independent (by the internship), and have learned a lot during the vacation.
Yes, I have already planned what I would do with my vacation, but I haven’t got it yet. As I write this, I am also trying to figure out how to even start with my manuscript due on Friday. Woo! The next time that I’ll be writing on this blog, I am a free citizen already.

Put Your Records On
I suddenly remembered one Power Saturday that we shared about “Life’s Soundtracks” (Which was summer last year, before the talent fest.) If I am not mistaken, it was Dave and Kuya Paul who shared the thoughts above (rephrased, because I cannot remember the exact words).
I have to leave a good soundtrack for the people to remember me by.

Would this be valid?
E di Kung walang corrupt, walang Manny Villar? Tas kung icacancel yung double negation e Kung may corrupt, may Manny Villar?
